Terms and Conditions.

The final decision on your suitability to skydive rests with the Instructor who trains you. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You must not consume alcohol on the day of your skydive. Refunds will only be given in extenuating circumstances, and at our discretion.

Insurance! All jumpers are covered by the British Parachute Association Third Party Liability Insurance Policy. This covers up to £2 million for liability to Third Parties. Please note that this does not cover the jumper or their dependants for personal injury including death. Therefore, if you wish to take personal insurance cover for personal accident, we recommend Harrison Beaumont Ltd, phone 01993 700 200.

NOTE! Parachuting / Skydiving is an extreme sport. Participation in this sport may result in injury or death. You will be required to sign relevant paperwork voluntarily accepting all risks inherent in the sport. Agreeing that you cannot hold Skydive Cornwall liable against any claim or claims what so ever. Whether on your own account or from third parties arising out of any accident or incident resulting in any loss or damage including bodily injury and death.
